Description

Download a 3D CAD model for the PT Motorsport – EDL-1 Mounting Bracket.

• This Bracket is designed to hold the ECU Master EDL-1 Datalogger.
• Robust design to ensure reliability during harsh motorsport applications.
• Counter sunk holes for M6 flat head bolts.
• Allows easy access to SD Card for quick removal.
• Protects overhanging SD card and connector housing from accidental damage.
• Cable tie slot with rounded corners; ensures positive locating and retention of the Datalogger.
• Using softer plastics (PLA+) can dampen vibrations affecting the Datalogger.

The Model is provided as a STL, STEP and F3D for best compatibility.

Printing Suggestions

• 0.12mm Layer Height (helps fillets be rounder)
• 30% Infill
• 2mm Walls (Ensures solid print around bolt clamping areas)
• Brim build plate adhesion. (to fill the cable tie channel)
• Concentric pattern on bottom layer. (helps build plate adhesion)
