Tefzel wire offers a small diameter conductor with enhanced mechanical toughness and resistant to harsh chemicals such as fuels, oils and other automotive fluids.

These lightweight wires, developed for high temperature airframe and avionics, utilize an insulation of cross-linked, modified ethylene tetrafluoreothylene copolymer (ETFE).
The result is a wire insulation system that offers a 150°C temperature rating, small size, light weight, with resistance to high PH cleaning fluids, fuels, lubricating oils, and many other chemicals.
These wires are a mechanically tough, flame retardant, and weight saving solution.
